The lack of activity from Chinese market and the war in Ukraine continues to influence the mink sale, particularly in the intersorted collection.
Results today were:
- Brown females (Classic and Velvet): 5% sold at firm prices
- BLACKGLAMA females: 50% sold at firm to slightly easier prices. Size 1 sold close to 90%. South Korea was clearly the main buying market.
- BLACKGLAMA males: 7% sold at firm prices
- Silver Cross: 10% sold at firm to slightly easier prices
Brown Velvet Female Top Lot was purchased by Haining Fengniao International on behalf of Miss Luxury.
BLACKGLAMA Female Top Lot was purchased by Newise Enterprises for Chinese high-end fur brand Li Wei Long, owned by Mrs. Ming Chun Yan.
Silverblue mink and Finnraccoon will be on offer tomorrow. Auction will continue with fox on Thursday.
