The Shenzhen Fashion Show 2021 was organized in China in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, during 30 July and 1 August 2021. It was a three-day exhibition featuring five major events: the Fashion Shenzhen exhibition, the RUNWAY fashion week, the NEST Showroom individual designer exhibition, the GBA (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area) Fashion Summit 2021 and the Fashion Shenzhen Awards.
The event was participated by more than 1,800 designers, fashion brands and suppliers which occupied 7 halls and an exhibition area of 110,000 square meters. The number of visits at the show was over 90,000, and more than 50 catwalk shows were presented.
Saga Furs had also own booth at the event with different types of pelts presented. Among them different types of foxes, Finnraccoon and mink, in addition to the innovative technical samples created by Saga Furs Creative Hub. Also, Saga Furs presented two collections which were developed together with designer and manufacturer. Collections were made using Saga Furs fur technique and evolved into real attractions of Fashion Shenzhen Show.
One of the collections showed fashionable dress combined with fur, aiming to show that fur is suitable not only for winter, but also for spring and summer. On the other hand, it also showed designers that fur is 3D material which can help in realizing many ideas, bring new elements to design process and help creating different type of products. Another collection used Saga Furs fur technique to change the original shape of fur and to create different new fur patterns, aiming to give a fur garment the new and fashionable look.
These two collections together showed that fur gives unlimited amount of possibilities and brings more fashionable elements and creative ideas to the fashion industry.
Saga Furs booth attracted great attention during the event. Designers, brands, manufacturers, and fashion practitioners showed great interest in the extensive assortment of fur types and fur technique.
