Saga Furs September auction, the final auction of season 2015-16, concluded today with the selling of Blue fox lowgrades and breeders. The offering was 100 % sold under good competition at strong prices in relation to regular goods. Buying was dominated by China.
100 % clearance of all skin types at very firm to increasing prices is a very good signal. The fact that all markets were active and buying was well spread is a further indication of a positive development in the fur market.
Our next auction will be held during 19-21 December and the offering will consist of certified Saga® Fox and Finnraccoon as well as some Karakul. The first offering of Saga® Mink during season 2016-17 will be at our March auction during 5-15 March 2017.
