Saga Furs December online auction started today with the offering of 460,000 White and Brown mink.
The current covid situation in main markets clearly affected the demand of velvet types offered in this sale. The decision was made to protect the market and keep price levels firm to previous auction. However, Brown classic males reached more than 75% clearance.
The main purchases were to Turkey, Greece, other western markets, as well as South Korea.
The mink sale will continue tomorrow with the offering of Silverblue, Pearl, Palomino and the exclusive BLACKGLAMA mink collection. In addition, we will offer almost 20,000 Finnraccoon.
